Dr Wayne Dyer’s guide to meditation and spiritual principles

“Abundance is not something we acquire. It is something we tune into.” Wayne Dyer

When it comes to audio tapes: Dr. Wayne Dyer is king. About 3 weeks ago, I accidentally spilled water on my laptop, and as a result I lost some extremely valuable information. Most notably, along with pictures and unfinished work, I lost all my Wayne Dryer audio tape collection. So on a recent trip to the book store, I picked up a copy Dr. Wayne Dyer’s book, Getting into the Gap, which included a free meditation CD.  Getting into the Gap is a great introduction to meditation; and the world of Wayne Dyer. So I thought I would share his practical guidance for meditation and a summary of his nine spiritual principles here on E.Y.D. Dr. Dyer is an internationally renowned speaker and author of over 30 books, and I highly recommend his audio tapes to my readers.

Dr. Wayne Dyer’s practical guide to meditation:

“Connect to the divine Source with unconditional love. This principles creates an awareness of the significance of accepting your manifestations with absolute love.” Dr. Dyer

1.) beauty of being Dr Wayne Dyer’s guide to meditation and spiritual principles“There’s no such thing as a bad meditation. Any time you spend time in silence is valuable, even if your inner voice is persistent and loud. Don’t judge it; just observe it. Simply observe yourself sitting there, and when a stray thought suddenly appears, just note it, and use its presence as a reminder to go back to the gap.”

Funny Zen story of two monks and a lovely girl

2 monks and girl Funny Zen story of two monks and a lovely girl

Two monks were once traveling together down a muddy road. A heavy rain was falling. Coming around the bend, they met a lovely girl in a silk kimono and sash, unable to cross the intersection. “Come on, girl,” said the first monk. Lifting her in his arms, he carried her over the mud. The second monk did not speak again until that night when they reached a lodging temple. Then he no longer could restrain himself. “We monks don’t go near females,” he said. “It is dangerous. Why did you do that?” “I left the girl there,” the first monk said. “Are you still carrying her?”
