thank you for the power of now each moment of the day is precious. more often than not i am aware when i am not present in the ‘now’. i am hoping to read stillness speaks when i can get.

I listened to Stillness Speaks in audiobook. His voice and pace of his reading really carries that essence of stillness.

Loved the quotes you picked, especially the one from page 44.

It is not the easiest thing, for me, to stay in a present for very long. I am mediating, but not as regularly as I should

Another lovely post, the photographs are a nice touch. Always such a nice energy behind your posts. I often have a similar experience in bookstores – I go in without a specific purpose, and then end up finding the perfect book that I didn’t know I was looking for.
